If you are a new customer, we recommend trying our products first. Eligible products can be ordered as a single sample so you can test the formulation before committing to a larger order. Samples are supplied unbranded by default, with the option to add branding to your sample for an additional $50.
When you're ready to launch, retail-size products have a minimum order of 10 units per SKU and professional-size products have a minimum order of 5 units per SKU, with branding included.

If you’re happy with the product and would like to see your branding applied before placing a larger order, you can add branding to your sample for an additional $50. Alternatively, you can move straight to the applicable private-label MOQ, where branding is included.

Worldwide! PLD currently have established shipping channels to 18 countries including NZ, US and Europe. However, it is up to each individual customer to research and understand the import regulations for the country they are planning to ship to. We hold no responsibility for products held or refused at customs, including any charges that may occur.

Every order we fulfil comes from our Private Label Dynamics Head Quarters in Queensland, Australia.

Once you have approved your artwork it is a 7-10 business day turn around (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the printing, laminating, cutting and application of the label on all products. For orders over 1,000 units lead times will vary from our usual turnaround time.

Please Note: Delaying the approval of your artwork will delay the delivery of your order so please keep an eye out for your artwork approval email. Once your products are shipped from our facility, please allow 3-7 working days within Australia, 5-9 working days to the US and Europe and 9-20 working days to the middle East and Africa.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, via email, to track your delivery. If you do not receive this automated email, please check your junk email folder.

Some of our ingredients are organic certified. On the back labels you will see an * on every certified organic ingredient. You couldn’t say the products are Organic Certified but you could definitely say they are Organic.

99.5% of our ingredients are natural. This inexpressible amount of not natural ingredients is necessary because they are conditioner elements. But don’t worry, they are water soluble and wash out easily.
